We are not responsible for typographical errors in descriptions or pricing, and in the event of an error reserve the right to modify pricing or cancel the order completely. We are also not responsible for website downtime and any inconveniences it may produce.

Some items for sale may not be legal in your area. We cannot possibly know all the state and local laws and regulations so you are responsible for acquiring that knowledge before pacing an order. In the event you purchase something deemed illegal in your area, we will not be held responsible for any liability, monetarily or civilly.
Your account can be deactivated at any time for illegal, aggressive, or unruly behavior.
Firearm purchases must be paid for by certified funds. Most credit card processors will not fund anything related to firearms and we are not going to push that issue as it is their choice, as it is your choice to own them. Contact us for payment options on any firearm, or class 3 item after purchasing it and selecting the cash or check payment option. Any other form of payment will be cancelled so as to prevent our account from being cancelled with the processing company. We have other options available so feel free to contact us.
